The machine is mainly used for carbonated beverages,beer, Coca-Cola, gas-containing fruit wine etc. It adopts pneumatic control without tank contact to automatically lower the lid, and adopts Isobaric filling technology. The production capacity is variable frequency speed regulation, which ensures the beauty and hygiene requirements of the whole machine. Filling process

Step 1: Vacuum valve, it will take the oxygen out of the bottle first
Step 2: Filling CO2 to clean the bottle to remove all oxygen
Step 3: Vacuum valve: to exhaust the Co2
Step 4: Fill CO2, And when the pressure in the bottle equals to the filling tank, it will start to fill beer
Step 5: Between filling part with capping part, there is a foam device to inject the water into the bottle, to confirm no oxygen into the bottle
